While hiking down from the restaurant “Le diable au coeur” and the village of “Les Deux Alpes” in the French Alps, I spotted this picnic table. Too bad I didn’t have an ACME picnic kit to quickly equip this table with a white table cloth with red dots, a bottle of wine, some french bread, … which would have made this picture complete.

This is a great shot. The mountains almost look like a fake backdrop in a Hollywood studio.

Did you do any processing on the shot? It looks perfectly exposed all over.

Yes I did, Postprocessing included some light single shot HDR which improved contrast and after that some denoise and sharpening.
