Well, we’re back from holidays and it’s been an amazingly hectic week as there are large changes ahead for us, but I’ll tell more about that later when the time is right. For now I’m leaving you with a first picture of our 3 week trip through Canada and the US starting in Vancouver, Canada. It was a bit of a rainy day, so it’s a bit of a dramatic picture 
Says:I know, I had to tone down the sharpening a bit. The problem is that when it looks good in PS, flickr adds another sharpening pass, which messes up everything… So I always have to try to anticipate that extra pass. Replaced the picture, better now?
Says:I think he’s just kidding.
What I like about the picture is that there is a lot to see in it, and the elements of the pic contrast with each other in more than just one or two ways, so if you can go philosophical over a pic, I think it’s successful.
On the other hand, I do think that the rock part is too large in comparison with the skyline and sky parts. Then again, I just don’t like brown.
